Mob effect and Founder mindset

I get this asked often, "How did I become a startup founder from being a full time employee ?"

Take a moment to observe the hustle and bustle of a busy street, you should notice a pattern. The mob!

It’s glaringly obvious: workers move in masses, often driven by collective emotions rather than individual rationale.

In contrast, a business leader stands apart, a beacon of individuality amidst this whirlwind.

Embrace individuality.

I am not against the mob. I have been an employee who follows instructions, but not the employee who blindly conforms.

Do not be somebody who is influenced by posts on social media. Do not be somebody who always sticks with the crowd. Do not be somebody who makes decision from outside opinion.

Now you have an answer for the question.

I was born to be a startup founder and to be different.

It's destiny and a blessing.
